My Biggest Blunder! November 8, 2008

I had known that winter would set in once i came back to the college after my mini vacation for durga puja. But while packing i didn’t plan on taking back 2 bags as i had come home only with one bag. Well since the only bag was almost full and i didn’t like to carry my other bag i just refused to take my new sweater and my new quilt for a cosy night’s sleep in winter.

I now regret my decision. Its costing me dearly!Its cold out there n i’………………..m…………………fre……………………….e…………z……………..i………………n…………..g.

That was pretty easy typing rather than saying!

Never disobey you! and ofcourse my mom who keeps pestering me with petty(It ain’t anymore) things like these! My worst nitemare still remains to be seen! My travel back home by train “At Nite”.

Tragic Comedies……. June 19, 2007

Once my friends and i decided to go to a south indian hotel in rourkela(its in orissa).We had called an auto and about 11 of us got ourselves accomodated in that 3 seater and arrived at our destination.Not knowing where the restaurant was we went inside the lodging section just enquired where the restaurant was, only to know that it was closed for that day for some unknown reason! By then it was 9 at night,we had missed our food in the hostel too.That night we had to go bed with wet towels on our stomach!

The college Life……People say That June 14, 2007

 Now that i have completed one year at college i understand why people say that!

 Its almost one year since i have entered college by almost the same time. I would say its a paradise for those who wish not to see their parents(Of course not me), a blessing for people who wish to be far away from home,its a place without any restriction,without blockades and of course ,ragging, which is always there.Ragging is not as people usually think it to be. Its a thing that accustoms you the sort of life there. The worst fears in college,………………..you should have thought it to be the day of the exams!You are absolutely false, its the day when the results are out.

   Its especially during the exams that people play games(Computer games viz .,CS,AOE,………) which much concentration and interest, that which they had not shown even in their studies.Its a kind of nocturnal life that people live there.A friend of mine tried that night out thing the night before the exam and unfortunately blacked out in the exam hall( He managed to get good grades anyway!).From that day on i took an oath to myself not to lead a nocturnal life(which i’m not able to keep up). .So, my friend there who’s reading this remember the only thing that can put you on the right track is self control.

This is the place where you can have unlimited bottles of beer(whose consequenses you should be knowing),unlimited packets of cigarettes(No beedis ,since people say it doesn’t have a filter!).
